Requests for repeat prescriptions can be left at reception or sent by post. REQUESTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE TELEPHONE. Please allow 24 hours before collecting the prescription. Always request your prescription while you have a few days of medication remaining. Never let your medication completely run out before requesting a repeat.

Appointments

Visits to the surgery are made by appointment only. Appointments can be made at reception or by telephone during surgery hours.
Please let us know if you unable to keep an appointment. Persistent failure to keep an appointment without informing us will result in the patient being removed from the surgery list.

Facilities

We have facilities on the (by prior arrangement), Private Medical's not covered by the NHS.
Charges for the above services can be obtained from Reception or on 020 8807 2045.
The Surgery is easily accessible to wheelchair users. Disabled toilet facilities are provided.

These should be made in writing, and addressed to the practise manager.
